SEAL Foods has a rice flour that is far from being a normal flour, thanks to the natural process used (PROCESS PATENTED BY THEIR INDUSTRY), the flour acquires a plasticity that allows it to have a considerable binding even without the presence of gluten. Casarão's Gluten-Free Penne Whole Rice Pasta is made with three types of whole rice flour: long grain, black rice and red rice, which makes for a delicious combination and is also a source of fiber.
